The role focuses on
- Managing, leading, controlling, directing and supervising small moves/projects assisting the Senior Supervisors and Project Managers on larger projects.

- Maintaining and complying with all company best practice and legislation requirements.
- Training, developing, supporting and educating others whilst undertaking day to day activities.
- Undertaking specialists’ skills such as furniture installation, IT installation, laboratory relocations.
- Ensuring the safe loading and transportation of all loads.

The Role focuses on Leading, managing and motivating small through to large teams. Moving household and office furniture and other items to new premises or via storage.
- Driving company vehicles as entitlements allow.
- Leading and managing aspects of smaller moves/projects and working in conjunction with a Move Manager to complete larger projects/moves.
- Promoting company core standards and values.
- Educating, training and developing other team members in delivery emphasizing best practice, quality and standards.
