We’ll create an equipment database including existing assets and items on order, carry out a site assessment and look into any special transportation documentation requirements. After this, we’ll come up with a realistic moving schedule and agree this with you.

We make it all as stress-free as possible. So, from pre-shipment preparation to the safe transportation of instruments, we take care of everything. We prepare lab equipment before dismantling, including instrument decontamination, purging and parking of moveable mechanical parts. We ensure the proper handling of all Hazmat wastes, chemicals, lab samples and so on, and then handle all packing of lab ware, accessories, and laboratory equipment spare parts before the move.

Once you’re in your new location, our laboratory relocation management team will unpack, re-assemble, and re-install each system, duplicating your layout at the former location.
