Overall customer result – 91.7% scored us an 8 or more – ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’
Domestic – January 2018
The best way we can rate ourselves is with customer feedback. In January we scored 50 out of 50 with 100% scoring us as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’
Commercial – January 2018
In January we scored 61 out of 70
Johnsons target is for each branch to complete 10 feedback’s per month.
Over the next few weeks we will be introducing Feefo review pages for Domestic, Commercial, Laboratory Logistics and Storple. Feefo allows customers to leave reviews online, and allows prospective customers to view impartial information about Johnsons before they book with us.
